This means that staff training is an essential component to guarantee the total respect of specific diets and the correct preparation of typical regional and ethnic dishes, in order to provide a unique catering service for schools.
In compliance with the ISO 9001 norms, before starting a catering service, constant disinfection and disinfestation processes must be carried out in the kitchen and in the adjacent areas, in the store rooms and in the canteen itself.
