Copra owns many self service restaurants where more than 4000 meals are eaten every day.

All the self-service restaurants managed by Copra offer specialities of the Italian culinary tradition, prepared with carefully selected first-rate ingredients.

All dishes are proposed in compliance with the suggestions of the staff of our Group, which is highly qualified in the catering field. We serve only genuine food, avoiding the use of preservatives that may be noxious to the organism and pursuing the philosophy of “eat well to live better”.

The self-service restaurants belonging to the Copra Group have a homely atmosphere, purposely created to put the clients at ease, so that they can enjoy their meals in a pleasant environment.
In compliance with the ISO 9001 norms, before starting a catering service, constant disinfection and disinfestation processes must be carried out in the kitchen and in the adjacent areas, in the store rooms and in the canteen itself.
